School is Done!
Posted on May 02, 2011I just received my final grade for my Masters in Management Information Systems. I got an A on the final, which means I ended up with a 4.0 throughout the 11 classes for the program. It’s been a long time coming and I can’t believe I’m finally done! Yeah!!!!!
NYC
Posted on December 16, 2010We just returned from 5 days in NYC. We had a great time and the boys were even able to see snow for the first time. It was certainly chilly, but we all enjoyed the sites, sounds, smells and food that the city has to offer.

RIP Zoe
Posted on October 11, 2010Zoe was sent to cat heaven today while she rested as peacefully as she could in her favorite place – our backyard.
She had stopped eating last week and spent the weekend in the hospital, as a result from a long battle with kidney failure. We brought her home this morning and knew that it was her time to go.
She was diagnosed with kidney problems about 3 years ago this Thanksgiving and had been on medication ever since. At the time, the vet had given her 6 months to a year. She was a tough little one.
We’re going to miss you girl!

Grand Cayman vacation
Posted on July 24, 2010We just got back from Grand Cayman. We were there for a week and had a great time. The weather was a little rainy and overcast the first half of the week but it cleared up nicely for the second half. We got to visit a few reefs, a turtle conservatory (although I’m not sure about that since they sell turtle soup and turtle burgers), Stingray City, Rum Point, and a few other attractions on the island.
We rented a car for the day and Niki did very good driving on the left hand side of the road in a car with its steering wheel on the right hand side. I was a bit nervous about it so Niki stepped up to the plate, although in my defense, I did drive that evening to dinner.

Construction in the alley behind our house
Posted on May 27, 2010The city is replacing the sewer line in the alley behind our house. We took the opportunity to check out the construction equipment and big trenches they were making. More pics in the Photo Albums section of the site.

Last day of school
Posted on May 27, 2010Today was the last day of school. Nate had a party and Reid had a Kindergarten graduation ceremony at the park. I’ve added a galley of picture from Reid’s event.
